Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD available across Pakistan
• Fake or prank orders will be reported and blocked
• Repeated order cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your number

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within 3-5 working days
• Delays may happen due to holidays or courier issues
• Tracking number provided after dispatch
• Customer must provide correct address and phone number

Returns & Exchanges

• Return within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Sale items are final sale (no returns)
• Customer pays return shipping cost
